Strategic Customer Engagement Director

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Customer Engagement Director to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute a territory and account plan for existing enterprise customers.
Maintaining existing relationships and building and grow new opportunities focusing on assigned strategic enterprise accounts through prospecting and collaboration with your internal ecosystem (Customer Success, SDR, leadership) is also a key responsibility.
Becoming an expert on Amplitude's product is key to conducting discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers.
You'll effectively sell the value of Amplitude to key stakeholders within the account while navigating a complex sales cycle across various lines of business including multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, analytics, and marketing.
Collaborating well with team members and forecasting accurately are essential skills for this role.
