Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Supervisor to join our team at Providence Medical Group Southwest Washington. As a key member of our clinic leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising nursing and medical assistant care, directing clinical team members, and managing patient care activities within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct clinical services and other assigned programs
  • Supervise department personnel, lead and/or participate in ad hoc and standing committee activities
  • Guide day-to-day activities, including patient flow, communication with patients, family, and physicians
  • Assist with patient concerns, budget development and monitoring, controlling and evaluation of department activities
Requirements
  • RN from an accredited nursing program
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Supervisory and planning experience
