Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all nursing operations, including staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the executive team, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement strategies that promote clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and safety through effective management of nursing resources and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:
