We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sterile Processing Supervisor to join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to our sterile processing department, ensuring the highest quality of services is delivered to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the sterile processing department, including staff supervision, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of sterile processing services with patient care.
  • Provide training and education to staff on sterile processing procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in sterile processing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • National Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
