Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Construction Projects team in San Francisco. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving project management excellence and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing team of project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Project Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and expectations.
- Project Execution: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes.
- Client Management: Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnering with the business development team to drive growth and expand client relationships.
- Sales and Cross-Selling: Drive a sales culture within the PDS team, including leading sales and cross-selling meetings.
- Client Pursuit Strategies: Develop client pursuit strategies, pitch effectively, secure new business, and successfully execute projects across all elements of the PDS platform.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Project Management Skills: Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
- Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Client Management Skills: Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Advanced Education: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).
- Professional Certifications: Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).
- Global Experience: Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.
- Business Development Experience: Proven experience in business development and successfully securing new project opportunities.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel as needed.
