Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience and are connected to a sales consultant in a timely manner.
  • Support the store team in maintaining a clean and organized store, including inventory management and merchandising responsibilities.
  • Assist with non-sales customer service transactions, such as equipment returns and swaps, and customer pickup for online orders.
  • Serve as an in-store expert for Xfinity Mobile support, providing post-sales support for device data transfers and phone number ports.
  • Support the onboarding of new Xfinity Mobile customers, assisting with account setup, data transfer, and mobile device education.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of related experience preferred.
  • Spanish speaking required.
