Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive experience in the store

• Maintain accurate inventory, clean stores, and ensure a seamless customer experience

• Work closely with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

• Serve as a go-to resource for customers and the store team, providing technical support and guidance

• Perform non-sales customer service transactions, including equipment returns and swaps, customer pickup for online orders, and in-store support for Xfinity Mobile

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking inventory, and conducting cycle counts

• Collaborate with the store leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer and store experience

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of company products and services, and provide technical support and guidance to customers and the store team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0-2 years of related experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• Spanish speaking required
