Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at the Association. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in ensuring the overall well-being and success of our residents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with experience working with diverse populations. They will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, providing support to residents, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and a willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily schedules and activities for residents
  • Providing administrative support to program staff
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Assisting with resident admissions and departures
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
