Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team at Nova Distro INC. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks, including clerical and administrative functions, to drive company success.
About the Role:
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes supporting managers and employees through various tasks related to organization and communication.
Main Responsibilities:
- Draft Correspondences: Drafting correspondences and other formal documents to facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Scheduling and Organization: Planning and scheduling appointments and events, as well as developing and implementing organized filing systems to maintain a clutter-free workspace.
- Greeting and Assistance: Greeting and assisting onsite guests in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors.
- Telephony and Communication: Answering inbound telephone calls and responding to emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Filing and Administration: Developing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, performing data entry tasks, and handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields is essential.
- Prioritization and Multitasking: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and clients.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to maintain accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and maintain a high level of productivity.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
