We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Licensed Sales Professional at Allstate Insurance Agency - Dimetrius Hatcher.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote Allstate products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and assess customer needs through effective interviews.
  • Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
