We are offering a competitive salary and benefits package for this Parts Coordinator role, estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience. Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining inventory control systems, including updates to computer records and assistance with audits.
  2. Processing parts orders, requisitioning from Troy, OH, and following up on purchase orders and correspondence involving back orders.
  3. Assisting with training or cross-training other individuals in the office.
  4. Verifying parts shipments from warehouse, matching packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
  5. Preparing reports on order status, parts & material shortages, and maintaining bulletins on new products and related parts.
  6. Processing parts mail orders from customers and handling telephone orders for parts.
Requirements
  • Accredited High School diploma, Business or trade school, or GED.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in Parts or clerical roles, including ordering, shipping, receiving, parts sales, and inventory control.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle competing priorities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Physical Requirements: prolonged sitting, extensive phone time, lifting up to 75 pounds, and exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, and wet conditions.
