Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of our warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, streamlining processes, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise the receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and products, ensuring compliance with material handling procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
