We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Sourceability's Distribution Center. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations, supervising staff, and improving logistics processes.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of warehouse management operations and inventory control methods.

Responsibilities include:
  • Reconfirming a culture of constant improvement
  • Assessing current processes and procedures to improve efficiencies
  • Audit and report inventory
  • Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring adherence to workflows and procedures


We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative company.
