Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the parts department
  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyze and improve inventory management processes
  • Lead and develop a high-performing parts department team
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Report regularly to senior management on department performance
