Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
  • Gather essential financial documentation from borrowers, ensuring all information is complete, accurate, and authentic.
  • Initiate title searches and confirm receipt and review of title reports.
  • Request necessary reports, including credit reports, appraisals, and property inspections, ensuring timely processing and accuracy checks.
  • Assist borrowers in completing application forms by providing guidance and reviewing submissions for completeness.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to collect additional information as required.
  • Support the generation of loan quotes.
  • Address client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience in lending, banking, finance, or a related sector.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage origination process.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
