Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
  • Gather essential financial documentation from borrowers, ensuring thoroughness, precision, and legitimacy.
  • Initiate title searches and confirm receipt and evaluation of title reports.
  • Request and secure necessary documentation, including credit reports, appraisals, and property inspections, ensuring timely processing and accuracy checks.
  • Assist clients in completing loan applications by providing support, addressing inquiries, and reviewing submissions for accuracy.
  • Engage with clients and other relevant parties to collect additional information as required.
  • Support the generation of loan estimates.
  • Address client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative experience in lending, banking, finance, or a related sector.
  • Familiarity with the mortgage origination process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
