Job OverviewDominion Financial Services is a leading mortgage originator for single-family real estate, specializing in short-term bridge loans for fix & flip investors and long-term rental loans for landlords growing their rental portfolios. With a strong presence in the competitive market, our company is experiencing aggressive quarterly growth, with a current origination volume of $70MM per month.
Key Responsibilities- Document Review and Compliance: Thoroughly review executed mortgage documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Exception Handling and Resolution: Identify and address any exceptions or discrepancies in the executed documents, working closely with title companies to resolve issues promptly.
- Funding Authorization and Disbursement: Provide final approval and authorization for the disbursement of funds once all executed documents are received and exceptions are satisfied.
- Communication and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all funding transactions and related communications, ensuring seamless collaboration with loan processors and title companies.
- Problem Resolution and Prevention: Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays in the funding process.
- Exceptional Service and Communication: Provide top-notch service to internal and external clients by addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on the funding status.
- Industry Experience and Expertise: Previous experience working in a high-volume mortgage environment, with a strong understanding of financial services and regulatory requirements.
