About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Behavior Specialist to join our team at Autism Behavioral Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and direct the implementation of individualized behavior modification intervention plans for each child.
  • Work collaboratively with the treatment team, maintaining direct contact with the child and family as needed.
  • Provide assessments, program designs, and monitoring of treatment goals to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document clinical progress and treatment plan goals in a thorough and accurate manner.
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure they are providing high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Licensure as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner.
  • One of the following certifications or qualifications: BCaBA, undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis, 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services with 12 credits in ABA, or 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
  • Licensure in this Commonwealth as a psychologist with 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • Pass Child Abuse, Criminal History background checks, FBI fingerprinting, and sex offender clearance.
  • Valid PA Driver's License and access to reliable transportation.
