Job Summary

Cathedral Home for Children is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Therapeutic Care Specialist. This role will provide high-quality nursing care to adolescents and young adults in our residential program, focusing on mental health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain accurate and timely client medication management, assessments, and screenings.
  • Facilitate medical discharge and promote routine vaccinations.
  • Provide relevant medical assistance and training to staff.
  • Maintain a healthy staff-client relationship with all.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited and board-approved nursing program.
  • Current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming.
  • Strong written communication skills and experience with MS Office Suite.
  • Minimum 21 years of age at time of hire.
Preferred Requirements
  • Associate degree in Nursing and minimum of one year experience working with adolescent populations and families with mental/behavioral health needs.
  • Clinical documentation, medical billing, or technical writing skills.
  • Strong skill set pertaining to rapport building, active listening, and therapeutic interactions.
