  • Our Window Measurement and Inspection Specialists oversee subcontractor teams and manage the installation process from inception to completion. These specialists must excel in technical measurement and deliver exceptional service to ensure homeowner satisfaction and optimal resource allocation for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure homeowner satisfaction, as gauged through customer feedback, by training and mentoring team members on technical skills and customer service. Regularly visit homeowner job sites to evaluate existing and new processes.
  • Meet or exceed homeowner expectations regarding installation timelines by maintaining a skilled workforce to adapt to demand changes. Lead recruitment efforts as necessary to fulfill workforce needs.
  • Achieve or surpass planned profit margins and revenue targets by ensuring a capable workforce and utilizing outsourcing when appropriate.
  • Champion safety initiatives throughout the installation process to guarantee adherence to safe practices.
  • Precisely measure dimensions and establish installation procedures for windows and doors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements affecting the installation process.
  • Supervise installation team members, including performance planning, fostering open communication, and addressing team inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage independent contractors (including contracts, selection, and training) to ensure adequate installation process capacity.
  • Collaborate directly with homeowners to resolve installation-related issues.
  • Directly oversee all team members involved in the installation processes.

Qualifications:
* *Fundamental Understanding of Installation Processes and Requirements** *Prior Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills Required** *Previous Managerial/Leadership Experience is Preferred** *Experience in Window/Door Replacement is a Plus
  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and construction practices.
  • Prior experience in recruiting and managing independent contractors.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead in a team setting.
  • Basic financial acumen. Previous P&L responsibility is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Lead Certification and Notary Public designation is advantageous. Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check.
