Bridge and Civil Structural Engineering Internship

KPFF Consulting Engineers is seeking highly motivated and talented students to join our Bridge/Civil-Structural Group as Structural Engineering Interns. Our team is passionate about developing great engineers and providing a unique and rewarding internship experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and analysis of bridge and civil projects
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather data and information
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
  • Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge in structural engineering
Requirements:
  • Current enrollment in a BSCE/MSCE program
  • Completion of 90+ credits, including two or more design courses (concrete, steel, wood, or masonry)
  • Basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
  • Strong technical and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in-person in our downtown Seattle office
