About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Culinary Manager to join our team at Lexington Independents in Baltimore, MD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, healthy food during every service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customer needs and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Help hire and train new staff, and attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  • Menu Planning: Assist in the purchase of food and design of menus to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least four years of prior experience working in a kitchen focused on cooking from scratch.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to manage your own schedule and the schedules of others.
  • Management Experience: Prior management experience, preferably in a culinary environment.
  • Certifications: ServSafe certification.
Work Environment:

This position will be located at Nexus Woodbourne in Baltimore, MD.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role starts at $60,000 and goes up depending on experience.
