Position Overview:
Under moderate supervision, you will be primarily tasked with documenting inventory by accurately recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, losses, and removals of items. Your role will involve preparing inventory reports through the collection and analysis of stock usage data. You will maintain inventory operations by adhering to established policies and procedures, while also reporting any necessary changes.

In this capacity, you will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to execute customized lab work and research protocols that support scientific endeavors.


Compensation:
$2,000.00 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule:
3rd Shift/ Sun - Thur 11:00pm - 7:00 am
Hourly Rate: $22.28/hr. with a 15% shift differential ($3.34/hr.) totaling $25.62/hr.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in material handling, inventory replenishment, or customer service.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Preferred Attributes:

A strong commitment to safety, quality, and adherence to protocols, policies, and procedures. Ability to self-manage and self-motivate, with a forward-thinking approach. Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams. Capability to lift up to 50lbs.


Key Responsibilities:

You may be responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, including monitoring slow-moving and obsolete inventory, conducting cycle counts, and performing yearly physical inventories. You will also provide daily customer service functions and maintain communication regarding inventory management.

Additional responsibilities may include purchasing functions such as back order reporting, expediting, managing quotes, and resolving open invoices or pricing issues.

Shipping coordination tasks will also be part of your role, including handling customer materials, operating basic warehouse equipment, and ensuring compliance with shipping documentation and packaging requirements.

It is essential to manage hazardous materials responsibly and oversee both consigned and non-consigned inventory.
