Job Description:
The Client Relations Specialist at PCA plays a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to our customers. This position involves managing inquiries, processing orders, collaborating with internal teams, and addressing any concerns or complaints. If you are passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships, this opportunity is ideal for you.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor customer orders
- Engage in effective communication with internal teams and clients
- Coordinate product details, shipping logistics, and pricing
- Address customer grievances and billing discrepancies
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure order accuracy
