- Problem Identification: Identify mechanical issues by monitoring equipment performance, listening for irregularities, and utilizing precision measuring tools.
- Parts Inspection: Disassemble equipment to remove and assess defective components, determining necessary adjustments based on inspection results.
- Equipment Adjustment: Fine-tune operational parts and control instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Downtime Management: Minimize production interruptions by educating staff on routine maintenance practices.
- Fabrication: Create replacement parts using machine shop tools, including welding equipment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies by monitoring stock levels, forecasting needs, and managing orders.
- Continuous Learning: Enhance technical expertise by networking and staying informed about industry developments.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold a safe and organized work environment by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
- Chemical Safety: Assist in managing the inventory of cleaning agents and ensure that Material Safety Data Sheets are accessible for all chemicals used on-site.
Additional duties may be assigned as required by management.
Qualifications:- Experience in Equipment Maintenance
- Knowledge of Chemical Handling Safety
- Basic Safety Training Certification
- Proficiency with Power Tools
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Fundamental Understanding of Automation
- Training in Electronics and Factory Operations for power jacks and carton printers is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
- Basic Food Safety Training is also available for those who need it.
