We are seeking a highly organized and experienced leader to manage and oversee warehouse operations at Lockheed Martin. As a Production Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, maintaining a secure and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and overall organization.
- Develop and implement operational systems to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of warehouse personnel, fostering an environment focused on operational excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, minimize stockouts and excess inventory, and implement best practices for inventory management.

Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse management, supply chain management, or logistics in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, &/or other technology solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and managing a team of warehouse personnel.
