Job Title: Product Cost Controller

About the Role:

Innomotics LLC is seeking a highly skilled Product Cost Controller to join our team. As a Product Cost Controller, you will be responsible for preparing EVA's (Earned Value Add) calculations on new product improvements and partnering with Go / No-Go decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial/Financial support of new products and improvements
  • Finance lead for global cost reduction efforts
  • Value flow of costing and Bill of Material analysis within the factories
  • Variance analysis of actual product costs vs. original EVA's
  • Ad hoc requests and analysis
  • Troubleshoot and resolves semi-complex problems
  • Utilize SAP to automate and advance processes
  • Support NCC reporting process improvements

Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in related technical field or business studies
  • Experience in Finance and Product Cost Controlling related roles
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of product costing and fixed / variable costs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects with effective implementation
  • Digital literacy required including SAP (or MRP system) and analytical tools (Excel)
  • Digitalization experience (PowerBI)
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plus
