Overview

As a Document Custody Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational management and support of current and future-state processes within Document Custody Operations. This includes the receipt of documents, sorting and directing them to the appropriate teams, and ensuring accurate management and filing of these documents for safekeeping. The Document Custody Operations team processes over 45,000 document-related transactions daily, and you will be responsible for ensuring that these processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational activities for assigned functional areas
  • Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external customers
  • Ensure quality service and effective operations support for all assigned customers
  • Promote continuous improvement and drive group strategy and change across several initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, along with moderate work experience in Document Custody Operations or Loan Servicing environment
  • Moderate experience of management
  • Ability to train team members in providing exceptional levels of service
  • Experience with embtrust application, advanced computer skills, Microsoft skills

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana, California office.

The salary range for this position in California is $107,500 to $167,625. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
