Job Title: Document Custody Operations

As a key member of our Document Custody Operations team, you will be responsible for the strategic management and oversight of our document custody operations. This includes the receipt, processing, and management of over 45,000 document-related transactions daily, as well as the maintenance of our existing inventory of over 23 million files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the operational activities for assigned functional areas, ensuring effective management of staff and resources.
  • Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders, prioritizing volume and hourly status assessments.
  • Ensure quality service and effective operations support for all assigned internal and external customers, promoting continuous improvement and driving group strategy and change.
  • Provide stakeholders with clear status updates to assist the delivery of timely, accurate, and compliant business requirement documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with moderate work experience in Document Custody Operations or Loan Servicing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train team members and manage complex operations.
  • Experience with embtrust application and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft proficiency.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks concurrently, with a strong understanding of GSE's Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae custodial guide requirements.
