Job Overview

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple phone lines effectively.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential new patients regarding available procedures.
  • Coordinate providers' schedules and manage patient appointment bookings.
  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Generate patient billing statements.
  • Process payments and enter them into the practice management system.
  • Oversee general office inventory.
  • Accurately input data into patient charts as necessary.
  • Scan and upload documents into patient records as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in common patient areas.
