Position Overview:
The Renewal Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the retention of our B2B supplier clientele. This hybrid position requires a blend of marketing, sales, and administrative expertise. We seek individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable, and exhibit a strong sense of discipline in their professional endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance revenue streams with existing Avetta clients by reactivating suppliers, managing outstanding invoices, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Utilize standardized email marketing platforms to engage with suppliers effectively.
- Conduct outbound and inbound communications with suppliers as necessary.
- Leverage the company’s CRM, web portal, and email services in daily operations.
- Participate in team meetings focused on sales objectives and forecasts.
- Address escalations referred by junior team members.
- Perform contact enrichment on leads that have not responded.
- Become a subject matter expert on invoicing and billing processes.
- Assist leadership in executing quarterly improvement initiatives.

Performance Metrics:
- Achieve a 75% collection rate monthly.
- Maintain a 60% collection rate for units.
- Ensure weekly inventory closure.
- Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance.
