Technical Support Specialist

At REXNORD INDUSTRIES LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to customers for product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
- Provide project coordination and communication to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Make judgments on the value of information analyzed and provide customers with the best possible solutions.
- Use common process management tools and methods to ensure efficient and effective support.
- Interact with the sales team and customers to translate customer specifications into product selections that meet customer and business needs.
- Conduct product tear-down analysis and populate data for root cause identification, corrective action forms, and failure analysis.
- Take responsibility for and complete key tasks on a project-by-project basis and drive to meet deadlines to ensure project success.
- Resolve challenges related to the interpretation of drawings, design tolerances, quality, and material requirements.
- Provide product training and familiarization, content development, and delivery.
- Work closely with manufacturing, inspection, and assembly to problem-solve issues.
- Perform reverse engineering of competitor products.
- Manage customer request queues and respond to customer expectations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, a technical discipline, or equivalent years of experience preferably in the Industrial manufacturing setting.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, emphasizing the ability to understand complex diagrams and blueprints.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
