Senior Technical Analyst - Adobe Commerce

Komatsu is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the construction, mining, and industrial machinery markets. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst - Adobe Commerce to join our corporate IT team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and administer packaged applications within Adobe Commerce platform to support business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements for digital experience solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configuration settings.
  • Customize and extend packaged applications to meet unique business needs, using configuration tools.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure the accuracy and functionality of digital experience solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and errors related to platform configuration and administration.
  • Document configuration changes, technical specifications, and system configurations for reference and future maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on platform configuration and administration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to deliver integrated and scalable digital experience solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, information science, or a related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in technical analysis, configuration, and administration of digital experience platforms and packaged applications.
  • Strong skills in PHP, Magento Architecture and customization, JavaScript, MySQL and database management, API integration (REST and GraphQL), GIT, Docker.
  • Solid understanding of digital experience platforms, including content management systems (CMS), ecommerce platforms, and marketing platforms.
  • Experience with configuration tools and scripting languages used for customizing and extending Adobe suite of products (AEM, Adobe Commerce, Marketo, etc.).
