Position Overview:

This PRN role is available in our Denver market, where you will work alongside skilled clinicians trained in advanced techniques. It is an excellent opportunity for both recent graduates and seasoned professionals.

Compensation: Hourly rates vary from $60.00 to $71.00, depending on experience.

Work Schedule: PRN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy requirements, develop tailored treatment plans, and execute these plans with physician consent.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation, including:
    • Initial evaluations
    • Daily treatment notes
    • Staffing reports
    • Discharge summaries
    • Regular reassessments
  • Provide educational resources to patients.
  • Manage billing-related documentation.
  • Prepare insurance justification letters for equipment procurement and rentals.
  • Document all patient educational interactions and responses.
  • Oversee the Physical Therapy Assistant's delivery of services as required.
  • Engage in treatment plan discussions, patient case reviews, and collaborative assessments with physicians.
  • Comply with company policies and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
  • Assist the Medical Director with tasks related to Utilization Review and Quality Assurance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) from an accredited institution.
  • Active physical therapy license in good standing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Willingness to provide coverage across various clinics.
