About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and caring Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at HearingLife. As the face of our retail clinics, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience and helping more people hear better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage the administrative and operational functions of the clinic, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Drive patient appointment and clinic revenue generation through outbound and follow-up calls.
  • Work with patients to collect insurance documentation and understand current HIPAA laws.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including petty cash, bank deposits, and credit transactions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous front office experience, preferably in a customer service or sales setting.
  • Superior multi-tasking and time management discipline.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and support services.
  • Skilled in handling sensitive matters and patients with tact, courtesy, and discretion.
  • Technically savvy with computer and systems, including intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite.
