Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all menu items.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase classic French bistro cuisine, while staying up-to-date with current culinary trends.
- Supervise and mentor a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Corporate Chefs to drive business growth, improve profitability, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and purchasing to optimize costs and minimize waste.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products.
- Stay up-to-date with food safety regulations, health codes, and industry best practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in high-volume or fine dining environments, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen operations, and team management.
