Client Relationship Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at JFS Wealth Advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, coordinating asset management support, and facilitating new client onboarding and account openings.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service and Support
- Provide prompt and complete follow-through on client requests and tasks
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with clients
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues
- Asset Management and Operations
- Coordinate and execute asset management tasks, including transactions and paperwork
- Communicate with custodians and other external parties to ensure timely and accurate processing of client accounts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
- New Client Onboarding and Account Openings
- Work closely with advisors to onboard new clients and facilitate account openings
- Request and process necessary documentation and paperwork
- Ensure that all client accounts are properly set up and configured
- Administrative and Support Functions
- Process daily deposits and fulfill distributions requests
- Ensure that client accounts are properly maintained and updated
- Assist with quarterly and semi-annual investment review report preparation and processing
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) software systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
- Client service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to fingers, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
