We are seeking a Client Relationship Executive who will oversee client interactions, ensuring consistent and positive engagement with our users and key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients
- Ensure clients are utilizing our latest technology solutions, with an emphasis on cybersecurity
- Engage in proactive, friendly interactions through monthly performance reviews
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and annual IT strategy meetings
- Develop and oversee each client's IT budget
- Collaborate with client C-level executives to support their growth objectives
- Prepare quotes and coordinate with provisioning and billing departments
- Educate and train end-users to enhance their technical skills
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years in customer account management, service, sales engineering, or sales
- Fundamental understanding of IT principles
- Exceptional presentation skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Technical proficiency and skills in business systems analysis
- Strong documentation and proposal-writing capabilities
