Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients
  • Ensure clients are utilizing our latest technology solutions, with an emphasis on cybersecurity
  • Engage in proactive, friendly interactions through monthly performance reviews
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews and annual IT strategy meetings
  • Develop and oversee each client's IT budget
  • Collaborate with client C-level executives to support their growth objectives
  • Prepare quotes and coordinate with provisioning and billing departments
  • Educate and train end-users to enhance their technical skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years in customer account management, service, sales engineering, or sales
  • Fundamental understanding of IT principles
  • Exceptional presentation skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Technical proficiency and skills in business systems analysis
  • Strong documentation and proposal-writing capabilities
