* Provide 1st and 2nd level support for firm-approved applications and technology equipment
* Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
* Produce detailed documentation of all service calls in our ticketing system
* Participate in the life cycle of application deployments, including installation, testing, deployment, support, and upgrades
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of assigned application sets and become a Subject Matter Expert
* Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles for end-user support issues
* Troubleshoot application problems and act as a liaison between the customer and the application owner
