Position Overview:
The Cable Installation Specialist is responsible for executing cable television, high-speed internet, and telephony installations in residential and multi-dwelling units. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and client specifications while ensuring a courteous and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct installations, disconnections, reconnections, and troubleshooting of cable TV, internet, telephone, and alarm systems in line with established guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment effectively.
- Ensure services operate within designated parameters.
- Identify and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Drive a company vehicle safely between various locations.
- Maintain and stock the vehicle and equipment to ensure readiness for tasks.
- Accurately complete paperwork and provide updates on work order statuses.

Customer Service Duties:
- Welcome customers into their homes and conduct thorough walkthroughs.
- Discuss all requested services with customers to ensure clarity and agreement.
- Engage with customers professionally, especially when addressing escalated concerns.
- Educate customers on product and service usage.

- Expected pay range for this role is $20.29/hr.

Candidate Profile:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma, GED equivalent, or military experience
- Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics or crawl spaces
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Experience in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours, including overtime and weekends
- Capable of lifting and carrying ladders weighing up to 80 lbs.
