Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with experience in Project Coordination to join our team at FASTSIGNS of Long Beach and Torrance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing projects from start to finish, and working closely with our management and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Work closely with management and support teams to satisfy customers and generate revenue in line with the company's vision and values.

• Responsible for sales activities from lead generation through project management, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Must be customer-focused with a friendly, welcoming disposition and exceptional organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Inside Sales experience of 2+ years

• Customer Service skills and experience

• Open to applicants with and without a college degree.
