Responsibilities
  • Support the General Counsel and Compliance Department in various corporate paralegal tasks
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs
  • Provide legal support for corporate transactions and agreements
Qualifications
  • Previous Corporate Paralegal experience
  • Labor/Employment Law experience preferred
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
