About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Executive Director - Home Health Operations at LHC Group. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for the administration of our home health provider and will oversee the day-to-day operations of our home care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
  • Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care.
  • Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies that ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Enhance the profitability of the agency and provide motivation and retention of a qualified staff, ensuring the quality of services delivered.
Requirements
  • Registered nurse with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
Additional Requirements for CT
  • Must have a master's degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare facility; associate nursing degree cannot serve as Executive Director.
