Position Overview

The Clinical Sales Liaison position is a full-time role focused on supporting hospitals in designated regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and discharge planners, to facilitate patient transitions from medical facilities to home care.
  • Conduct initial training for patients and caregivers on therapy services and technology.
  • Identify areas for enhancement in patient care and engage in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Explore new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships within current accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager to present and negotiate therapy programs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare sales.
  • A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
  • Proficient computer skills with strong customer service abilities, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted LVN or LPN licensure in Florida.
  • Experience in home healthcare.
  • Background in hospital sales.

Education:

A verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The typical pay range for this role is between $54,000 and $113,934 annually. This range reflects the base salary for all positions within the job grade. Actual offers will depend on various factors, including experience and education. In addition to competitive compensation, CVS Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Eligible employees also receive fully-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits, and access to numerous well-being programs.
