Position Overview

We are currently in search of skilled and motivated Account Executives to join our thriving Sales team at Rotech Healthcare Inc. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in respiratory services, durable medical equipment, home healthcare products, negative pressure therapy, or wound care sales to contribute to our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, sleep labs, wound care clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health agencies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while continuously educating clients about our services, respiratory equipment, and medications.
  • Engage with new prospects and market our offerings effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary complemented by a lucrative commission structure, bonuses, car and mileage reimbursement, a company-provided cellular phone, and a comprehensive benefits package. Successful Account Executives have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Background investigation and drug screening may be required.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
  • Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing processes may be required.

Education and Experience

  • A four-year college degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in respiratory or medical sales is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience in other fields is also valued.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry office equipment as needed.
  • Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking, and listening.
  • Close vision is necessary for reading small print on devices and paperwork.

Technical Proficiencies

  • Familiarity with home medical equipment and supplies.
  • Proficient in email communication and internet navigation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and computers.
