Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
