Enterprise Growth Lead

This Senior Sales Manager position plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction for Airwallex's SME & Growth Business team in New York City. The successful candidate will develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals, leveraging their expertise in sales methodologies, strategies, and tactics to drive results. With an estimated salary of $200,000 - $250,000 per year, this role offers a highly competitive compensation package for the right candidate. Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and managing a team of 3 Account Executives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and creating and iterating on compensation plans and team structures.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of total sales experience, with 3+ years in technology sales team management. Proven cross-functional collaboration skills, as well as proficiency in leveraging data and using Salesforce CRM, are essential. Additionally, the ability to motivate and build high-performing teams, as well as deploy sales frameworks and methodologies, is crucial for success in this role. What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead a team of 3 Account Executives, coaching and mentoring them to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals. You will also develop and implement sales methodologies, strategies, and tactics to drive sales effectiveness, as well as create and iterate on compensation plans and team structures. Directly assisting in closing strategic and complex deals, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction for the SME & Growth Business team in New York City.
