Epidemic Sound is revolutionizing the music industry with its innovative licensing model, making it easier for creators to use high-quality music and sound effects while supporting artists financially and creatively.

We're expanding our Enterprise Sales Organization with a growth-focused Senior Customer Success Manager in New York. This role will secure mutually successful business relationships and drive revenue growth with our strategic enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with major clients through exceptional customer experience and measurable success plans.
  • Identify, drive, and close new business opportunities within the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver timely products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints while maintaining trust.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts using key account metrics.
  • Drive key improvement projects and support peer development.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Enterprise roles like Customer Success, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting retention and growth targets.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a rapidly growing company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Salary Range: The estimated annual salary range for this position is $104,000-$132,000 USD, plus uncapped commission.
