Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support with day-to-day administrative requirements for our Nevada City office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare correspondence, proposals, reports, schedules, minutes, spreadsheets, presentations, database lists, and contracts.
  • Organize, attend, and minute meetings, including coordinating and tracking action items and deliverables.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, orders, timecards, etc.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book meeting rooms.
  • Coordinate travel itineraries and arrangements.
  • Assist with document control, including filing and archiving.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least 5-6 years of experience or a post-secondary degree in a related field. They must also be proficient in MS Office Suite and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits and Compensation
The salary range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00 per hour, based on location and qualifications.
