Operations Office Coordinator

Race Telecommunications LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Office Coordinator to join our team in Yuba City, CA. As a key member of the Operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations team, including managing day-to-day operations, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for onboarding new hires, planning internal events, and supporting operations-related projects.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Operations department
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for Operations staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Onboarding Coordination:
- Coordinate and prepare new employee's workspace
- Assist with IT setup and ensure required software is available
- Assign system access and distribute necessary equipment
- Internal Events Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute internal events such as team meetings and workshops
- Schedule event spaces, arrange catering, and manage vendor relationships
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Valid Driver's License: Mandatory
- Ability to Travel: Up to 10% of the time
- Proficiency in MS Office: Essential
- Excellent Communication Skills: Critical
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. This is a full-time position based in Yuba City, CA, with occasional travel to other offices.
