About the Role

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations team, including managing day-to-day operations, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for onboarding new hires, planning internal events, and supporting operations-related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the Operations department
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for Operations staff
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Onboarding Coordination:
    • Coordinate and prepare new employee's workspace
    • Assist with IT setup and ensure required software is available
    • Assign system access and distribute necessary equipment
  • Internal Events Coordination:
    • Plan, organize, and execute internal events such as team meetings and workshops
    • Schedule event spaces, arrange catering, and manage vendor relationships
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Valid Driver's License: Mandatory
  • Ability to Travel: Up to 10% of the time
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Essential
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Critical
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. This is a full-time position based in Yuba City, CA, with occasional travel to other offices.
